Provide teachers, counselors and school staff with the incentives, collaboration time, comprehensive training, and resources necessary for their success, ensuring all students thrive academically in a safe and supportive learning environment.

Encourage collaboration and positive relationships between the Board of Trustees, district and school officials and parents, including by creating opportunities for teachers and parents to work together in the best interests of students.
