Expand access to curriculum and instruction that fosters students’ development as effective problem solvers, critical thinkers, empathetic team players and compassionate leaders, equipping them to navigate an ever-changing world.

Empower School Staff

Provide teachers, counselors and school staff with the incentives, collaboration time, comprehensive training, and resources necessary for their success, ensuring all students thrive academically in a safe and supportive learning environment.

Build Trusitng Relationships

Encourage collaboration and positive relationships between the Board of Trustees, district and school officials and parents, including by creating opportunities for teachers and parents to work together in the best interests of students.

Hello. My name is Janice Lee Holowka. I grew up in New Jersey and attended K-12 public schools. I then earned a B.S. in Marketing from Lehigh University before working in New York City. After that, I moved to London, England, where I lived for 21 years, completed my MBA, in International Business, and where my two children were born.
